Do I have to order via on the internet?

No. In addition to internet orders, we welcome orders via mail, toll-free phone, or toll-free fax.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, all personal information you submit is encrypted and secure.

Do you guarantee your products?

Absolutely. We are confident that our products represent the best values available and we offer a 30-day return privilege.

Do you offer discounts for volume purchases?

Yes. If you are ordering five (5) or more copies of any title, you qualify for a discount. Our website includes automatic volume discount pricing for our most popular publications. Please call 1-800-MED-SHOP to inquire about discount pricing for other titles.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Purchase orders are accepted from hospitals, clinics, insurance companies and other institutions. All purchase orders are subject to verification and credit approval. We are unable to accept purchase orders via this website at this time. To place purchase orders please call 1-800-MED-SHOP or FAX a copy of your purchase order to 1-800-633-6556.

When will my order arrive?

In-stock products are usually shipped within 2-3 work days. Back-ordered items and seasonal products are shipped as they become available. Unless otherwise requested, orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS ground service. Depending upon your location, the time from shipment to receipt of your order will range from two to five work days.

Do you have next-day or two-day shipping?

Yes. We offer next day and second day shipping at an additional charge. If you need products by a specific date, please call 1-800-MED-SHOP to check on rates and availability and to place your order. All next day and two-day shipping is subject to product availability.

Do I need an authorization number for a return?

Yes. Please call customer service at 1-800-633-4215 or send an e-mail by clicking the Customer Service link to request a return authorization number. Make sure you include your telephone number if you choose e-mail. Please return all products via insured carrier to protect you in the event of package loss.

Do you share my information with anyone?

Absolutely not. PMIC will not share or exchange any on-line information you provide us, including e-mail addresses, with anyone.
