American Express® Branded Reward Card

Instead of us choosing a premium for you, we decided to let you choose your own! With your qualifying order you will receive a prepaid American Express® Branded Rewards Card for a specific amount that you can use anywhere the American Express Card is accepted.

Qualifying Orders

It's easy to qualify. Simply place a pre-paid order for $150.00 or more (excluding sales tax and shipping) for products listed on our website or in our catalog by March 31st. We have established multi-level awards, so the more you order, the higher the value of your prepaid American Express® Branded Rewards Card. The blue chart shows the value of the reward card based on your order total.

How It Works

You will receive your prepaid American Express® Branded Rewards Card by first class mail approximately two weeks after your order is placed. To use the card just present it at any establishment that accepts the American Express Card. You can keep track of the remaining card balance via the internet or toll-free phone number on the back of the card. The card is valid for six months from the date of issue.

Order must include products listed on the website or in our current catalog to qualify. If you cancel or return the entire qualifying order, we will deduct the full amount of the reward from your refund. For partial return of qualifying orders, we will deduct a prorated amount of the reward from your refund. Card can be used anywhere the American Express® Card is welcome. Card valid for 6 months; unused points will be forfeited the first day of the valid thru date, subject to applicable law. Usage restrictions and guidelines apply. Card cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable. The card is point based with 1 point = $1 in purchasing power. Card terms and conditions apply.
